Saving your Profile

Please try the following steps:

  1. Make sure all of the required fields are filled out. Even if you put "n/a", that's fine, as long as all of the fields have content.  
  2. If you are still unable to save, try switching over to the browser Google Chrome.
  3. If this does not work, please send us a message letting us know what happens when you try and save your profile. (Is there an error message? Does the page refresh with nothing saved? etc.)

Saving your Answers

The B Impact Assessment works best in Google Chrome. If you are having trouble saving your answers, we recommend you try working in Chrome. If you are still having difficulties, please send us a message detailing the problem. We will do our best to assist you.
