What if I haven’t received my confirmation code email?

If you are trying to update your assessment to the newest version and have not received a confirmation code email, please:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk folder
  2. Regenerate a code: The codes are only valid for a few hours, so it's best to generate a new code when you want to try again.  To regenerate a code, simply go here: https://app.bimpactassessment.net/transfer and confirm your username and language. You should then should receive a new email with a code that you can use to log into the assessment. 
  3. Submit a support ticket to support@bcorporation.net and we’ll investigate your issue.
