Flexible Reporting is a dashboard in the Analytics section that allows you to export graphical information directly from the platform for offsite viewing. Through this charting tool you can easily show comprehensive information, in a compelling and visual way, to your external audiences.
Similar to the standards navigator, you can explore the B Impact Assessment. You can select an specific impact area you want to know more about and choose topics within that specific impact area.

You can select any question from the BIA or custom data based on the following parameters:
And for numeric data type, you can also view data based on an "Statistic" parameter.
By customizing data, you can understand how your network has performed in a specific question of the BIA, allowing you to benchmark and/or observe progress over time. However, it is important to remember that the BIA is highly sensitive to specific characteristics of a company, so not all questions from the same topic may be available for all organizations in your network.
To begin, first select an Impact Area
Based on your selection, a list of Impact Topics will be displayed
Click on the impact topic of your interest to see all the questions associated to that specific topic.
*Remember that these questions will vary depending on the parameters selected. Similarly, a question may be only applicable to certain companies in your network.
Based on the selected question, you will be presented with a recommended chart type. The chart will show you the number of respondents, the question asked, and the companies that have answered it.
You can always go back and customize your data and they way you present it. You can present raw data as a table or, for example, change it to a pie or bar chart. Similarly, you can select periods of time to see progress over time, filter the companies in your network based on the sector and/or markets they are in, and by size.
By default, the chart will show you the aggregated data for all companies that answered the question. By hovering over a specific value you can see more details on the specific question, like times selected and proportions.
This tool is helpful as it allows you to assess improvement on specific questions, benchmark companies within your network, and it could help drive decisions on what specific areas companies need more support in.
By clicking on a specific company, you can see its individual data relating to that question, and you can also choose to keep or exclude that company from the overall analysis of the data.
